Rates are per night and are subject to the required state tax, room and hospitality taxes. A minimum 2-night (Friday and Saturday) stay is required for all holiday weekends. All rates and information are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Reservations must be made with a major credit card. Payment is required at time of check-in. We gladly accept cash or major credit cards. We do not accept checks. A credit card is required for all room rentals regardless of payment option being used. Authorization of credit or debit cards is required for all room rentals, relase of these funds after check out is independant of our facility. It is the guests responsibility to know their credit / debit card policies.

Advanced reservation Policy (greater than 30 days prior to stay):
For reservations made greater than 30 days in advance, we will hold your room(s) with a major credit card. Cancellation within 14 days of reservation will be subject to a one night stay charge. Any alterations to this policy is at the discretion of the management. Your reservation number is confirmation for your stay, please present the number when checking in or if making changes to your reservation.

No snow policy: In the event of no snow for snowmobiling, we will allow for cancellation without penalty. However, a determination of "no snow" is at the discretion of the management. 

Room policies: All rooms are Non-Smoking. No pets allowed. Sorry no cribs or roll-away beds available.
We do not allow guests to bring in cots or air mattresses. We do offer an air mattress for rent at $10.00 per night.
